The buildings include a 2-story wood construction and 4-story reinforced concrete construction, and all guest rooms have private baths and washlet toilets. The food is traditional kaiseki cuisine made by ingredients from the Uono River valley. The large main bath is made completely of marble, and the family-style bath is made of stones.
