HOTEL HATSUHANA предоставляет для своих гостей крытые и открытые термальные купальни, а также оформленные в японском стиле 47 гостевых номеров с видом на горы. Гости могут посетить выставку традиционной керамики в художественной галерее, расположенной поблизости . 

Номера оформлены в традиционном стиле и обставлены мебелью с современными элементами декора. На полу постелены японские циновки татами (из плетеной соломы) и разложены японские матрасы - футоны. Каждый номер оборудован телевизором с плоским экраном, холодильником и электрическим чайником с набором пакетированного чая. В распоряжении гостей также собственная ванная комната и халаты юката.

В отеле есть сауна и термальная купальня, сложенная из камней. За дополнительную плату посетить сеансы массажа и процедуры по уходу за лицом.

В ресторане Tsutsuji no Chaya сервируют традиционный ужин кайсэки, состоящий из нескольких блюд. На завтрак гостям предложат комплексное меню из блюд японской кухни.

Предоставляется бесплатный трансфер от железнодорожной станции Хаконэ Юмото, расположенной в 10 минутах езды от отеля.
